Dear Friends & Family,

As many of you know, I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Public Health at George Washington University in Washington, DC.  I am proud to say I've recently been accepted into a two-week course in partnership with Tulane University to go abroad and learn about the different ways we can improve maternal and child health. The main objective of this course is to learn more about the methods by which other governments have been able to reduce maternal and child mortality over the past decade.

Unfortunately, because I am not a full-time student at Tulane University, I am unable to apply for financial aid.  Needless to say, finding room within my budget for the course credits and necessary travel expenses is proving to be a difficult task. 

That being said, I humbly ask for any contribution, however small, through my FundMe campaign. I believe this course to be so valuable towards my continued education, and am eternally grateful to each one of you for your support!
