More information about Plant High Rowing Association: Plant High Rowing Association, Inc. (PHRA) exists to facilitate a nationally competitive, inclusive rowing program for the students of H.B. Plant High School, and all high school students that may not have access to rowing with our Palm River Training Center program. We are dedicated to the belief that rowing develops discipline, structure, perseverance and leadership in its athletes. Our rowers are scholars and athletes and pursue excellence in both academics and athletics.
