We have activated the HELP Fund to support the family of Marc Moebis, our friend and colleague who so recently passed.

While he started his paramedic career in Saskatchewan, Marc become an advanced care paramedic in Alberta and it was here that he worked tirelessly to support his fellow practitioners.

Driven by passion, Marc always focused on ways to make people’s lives better. He established peer support programs, provided personal and financial coaching services, and he was instrumental in building the HELP Fund and the psychologist registry. He spent countless hours creating support systems for those in our profession.

Marc leaves behind a wife and three children and we have a chance to support them in recognition of all that Marc has done for us in the paramedic profession. The HELP Fund has been activated to support Marc’s family through this devastating time.

Please shine a little light at this dark time for his family to let them know there is a community mourning with them and they are not alone.
