In Memory of Marc Léon Teléan

Greetings family and friends,

As some of you know Marc Léon Teléan passed away on Monday April 15, 2024. He died unexpectedly in a fatal drive-by shooting while coming home from school. He was unable to make it to the hospital, because he was declared dead on scene before authority even arrived. Teléan did not know who shot him, just like the other victims in the shooting. We are asking for help with funeral arrangements.

Marc Léon was known as a respectful, attentive, happy and knowledgeable man. As a man of compassion, he was humble and he represents the man I wish to be. He was an outgoing person with a contagious smile and kindness that would always light up a room.

Teléan was a very hard working man that always wanted to help the community. He came to America on Sunday January 21th, 2024. He needed to escape from Haiti to find Asylum and refugee from the deadly gang war. With only three months in America he was working very hard to support his family in Haiti and to give himself stability. As a family man he always loved his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by many. In this tragedy it will be greatly appreciated if you can help with whatever you can.
