After nearly 13 years of combating cancer, I’m sad to say my mother, Marbella Vargas, has lost the battle on January 13th of this year. She was extremely resilient, defying her initial six month diagnosis back in 2010 and showing she wouldn’t go down without one hell of a fight. Now the time has come to lay her to rest and we just need a little help. Fortunately, due to her foresightedness, most of the funeral expenses have been covered. $4,000 is all that remains and my family and I are reaching out for some assistance.
