Marathon Run (Jog?) for Hope!

Hi Friends

 

Firstly, thanks for taking the time out to visit this page.

 

We've all been touched by cancer at some stage in our lives and when you see and experience the care & support given by services like the Hope Cancer Support Centre, you realise the fantastic work these guys do.

I'm currently 'training' for my first (and only!) marathon in New York, which is happening in a few short weeks on Nov 7th, 2021.   Records won't be broken, I'll guarantee you that.   I also wouldn't guarantee you that I'll actually 'RUN' the NY Marathon, but I'll definitely do my best to 'fast-to-slow JOG' my way the finish line.

So, coming into the final few weeks of this Marathon Madness, I thought I’d set up this GoFundMe page to raise funds for the Hope Cancer Support Centre.

I’m very aware that we are all frequently approached for charitable donations.   However, if you could spare even a few euros, those euros will go a long way towards supporting this fantastic organisation.
