Marathon for Jeff

I’m running a marathon in September in memory of my friend Jeff. Unfortunately, he is no longer with us as he lost his fight with mental health issues and sadly took his own life. It has been a really difficult time coming to terms with this for his family and many friends. Jeff really was an amazing person in so many ways and is missed dearly. He was also a marathon runner himself so this feels the right way to raise money in his memory. The money I raise will go to Mind. A charity that supports people suffering from mental health issues.

‘We are Mind, the mental health charity. We are here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support’.
