Many moons ago in transition year I spent 2 great weeks helping out at the Cope Foundation, I said I'd come back again to help and I never did. So now, 25 years later I'm running a marathon and trying to raise some funds for this brilliant organisation.

Cope Foundation is a non-profit organisation which supports over 2,300 children and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
