Hey Everybody my name is Steve Jones and on the 7th February 2022 I committed suicide, died on the operating table, and while the surgeons were working on me, spoke to my father in Heaven and the words he spoke to me were “Stevie My Boy, we don’t need you here yet, go back, you have work to do”

After being in a Coma for 11 days I woke up, had another 29 days in Intensive Care Unit then went into a ward for another 2 months.

I was stuck in my Suicidal Setback for almost 12 months before I Turned My Suicidal Setback into a Cultivated Comeback and found My Revolution My Why My Purpose and it became my Conviction, and that is to share my story and help as many people not go to the darkness I went before my Suicide.

If only I would have reach out for help and had a conversation or made a phone call to the wonderful Volunteers who answer the phone lines of all the help centres for Mental Health & Wellbeing, Depression & Suicide support centres, that call, the one I never made, would have helped me.

NOW I live with the irreversible scars of my Suicide, I don’t have an Esophagus, Stomach or Spleen anymore, no Gastrointestinal tract inside which means that I no longer have the capacity to Eat, Drink or even swallow my own Saliva, totally reliant on my Jejunal Feeding Tube that sits in my small intestine for all my nutrition and hydration to be pumped in.

I’m currently doing Marathon every day of August (31 days of marathons in a row) raising money to Educate & Train Volunteers to the levels required to answer the phone calls in Helpline Centres are Australia.

I clearly now what my journey, my work and my purpose is to do and I’m grateful for a 2nd chance at Life and to create awareness and show others to reach out and connect with someone to have a conversation when things aren’t right in your Mind, In your Thoughts and In Your Life. Make that phone call to one of our Wonderful Volunteers who are holding Vigils over the phone lines to help you get through the darkness and home to your Family, Love Ones and Friends.

Each One Can Reach One & A Lite Candle Loses Nothing when it Lights Another One
