Mara’s Transition ️⚧️

Hello everyone! My name is Mara James. I’m a nonbinary femme looking to continue my journey of my transition into who I desire to be.
For a long time I questioned everything about myself and who I was, but I’ve finally come to a place where I feel comfortable with who I am becoming. Transitioning is a huge deal for many trans people and is something that will be life saving for me. I deal with such intense amounts of dysphoria when it comes to looking at myself in the mirror. The truth is, my body and face do not match what I feel deep inside. This has been something I’ve been contemplating for over a year now, but I finally feel ready to take the next step.
While I don’t expect to raise all ten grand, I will be using this money for multiple things including laser hair removal, hormone therapy, and hopefully one day I’ll be able to get facial feminization surgery. Any other money left over will be used for my general survival as I go through this process. Being trans is extremely challenging for many reasons, but the financial aspect is by far the most difficult.
I do currently have a job and will continue to teach color guard across the country as I have for many years now. Honestly though, I need help. I’ve been struggling for many months now and could use any and all help I can get.
Thank you all so much for reading and hearing my story, supporting me through my rough patches, and letting me be who I am. If it weren’t for the support of everyone around me, I’m not so sure I’d even be here writing this out.
Please donate what you can, and if you are unable, a share to your friends and family will help just as much. Thinking of being in the correct body thrills me like nothing else. Thank you all for helping me get there, I can’t say it enough.
