Over the last two decades, Sri Shirdi Sai Baba’s Disciple, Worshipper (Upasak), Guruji, Sri Laxmoji under the guidance of Guru Vaniamma and Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has dedicated his life to establish and nurture Viswa Sai Dwarakamai Shakthi Peetam, a Spiritual (Non-Religious) and Charitable, non-Profit Organization inspired by preaching’s of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba with a mission to build an integrated Universal Shirdi Sai Baba Family for Spiritual Enlightenment, Self-realization, World Peace and Service to all living beings including Humans, Animals, Plants and Birds etc to spread Sai Divine peace message “SAB KA MALIK EK “ given by Sri Sai Bhagwan for world human’s benefit. VISION FOR THE FUTURE

In line with its core philosophy that the path of self-realization is through devotion (Bhakti) coupled with Service (Seva), Viswa Sai Dwarakamai aspires to spread this “Sai Tattwa” globally to build an integrated universal Shirdi Sai Baba family (“Vasudaika Kutumbamu”).

To anchor its activities and reach out globally, it intends to build spiritual centre for self-realization, inner peace and charity. The

centre would also house a “Goushala” and “Veda Patashala”.

SRI YANTRA SHIRDI SAI BABA MANDIR LOCATION: LAND ACQUISITION COMPLETED

Viswa Sai Dwarakamai Shakti Peetam with the divine blessing of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba and Guru Vaniamma acquired land at Srimantulaguda, Ranga Reddy District (7 Kms from Mall and 4 Kms from Manthangowrelly), Hyderabad NH 19, Nagarjunasagar Road, Telangana to construct its Ashram.

The land is situated in pristine natural setting with greenery, water bodies, Deer's, Peacocks, birds etc., facing north with hills on the south side.

BLESSED LAND: EXISTENCE OF 700-YEAR-OLD HANUMAN IDOL

The Viswa Sai Dwarakamai Shakti Peetam Ashram land when it was acquired had a pre-existing Hanuman idol installed in its precinct. Carved on a rock, the features depicted in the idol of Hanuman and research indicates that this idol may have been installed around the 15th century AD by Sri Vysaraja Tirtha.

Sri Vyasaraja Tirtha (1460-1539) is one of the most prominent saints of Dwaitha philosophy and occupies a very high position in the hierarchy of all the pontiffs. He is one of the ‘Muni Traya’ which includes Sri Madwacharya and Jaya Tirtha. It is believed that he was an ardent devotee of Lord Anjaneya swamy and has installed 732 idols though out India. Unfortunately, there is no clear documentation of all these idols, and some have either been lost or destroyed and many others exist but not acknowledged.

Although he did not leave a name or mark on the idols, there are some tell-tale signs that give us a clue to the uniqueness of the idols he consecrated.

PROJECT VISION

Is to establish a very powerful, unique, first of its kind, world No 1 Sri Yantra Sai Mandir, which is a fusion of Vedic tradition, Yoga and Spiritual innovation. This vision is the brainchild of Sri Sai Upasak, Guruji Sri Laxmoji Ventrapragada (USA) by the divine grace of Shirdi Sai Parabrahma and Supreme Goddess Sri Lalitha Tripura Parameswari.

• Install a Six (6) feet tall Sri Shirdi Sai Baba statue made from Marakatha (Jade) stone

• The proposed design will be a Harmonious Confluence of Spirituality and Design

• The sacred temple integrates and connects the Microcosm (Individual) to the Macrocosm(Universal Consciousness).

• A spiritual powerhouse (Shakthi Kendra) on the Earth equilibriums the energy of human and nature like a reservoir controlling the water.

• 130 ft x 130 ft Feet, 9 Prakaras (Sri Chakra Meru form) surrounded by fresh water, trees and Mountains.

• First of its kind Markatha (Jade) Shirdi Sai Baba Murthy sitting on Universe represents Universal Sai (Viswa Sai) residing at the central point(Kendra Bindu) in Sri Yantra Sai Mandir near Hyderabad (Telangana) India.

PROJECT PHASES

The fulfillment of this vision is being planned in phases.

Phase 1:

Step 1: Marakatha (Jade) stone is being procured from an identified mine in British Columbia, Canada to sculpt a 6 feet idol. With the blessings of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, Rajiv Talim, a direct descendent of Balaji Talim who sculpted Shirdi Sai Baba’s Sansthan Shirdi in India temple has agreed to sculpt this Marakatha baba.

Estimated cost of procuring the Jade stone, shipping, insurance and import duty is: INR 3,50,00,000 (Indian Rupees Three and half Crores or CAD $ 585,000)

Estimated Idol sculpting costs, administration cost plus transportation cost to Ashram: INR 50,00,000 (Indian Rupees Fifty Lakhs or CAD $ 85,000)

Total estimated costs: INR 4,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Four Crores or CAD $670,000)

Step 2: Base building structure (Garbha Gruha) to host the sculpted idol of Marakatha baba and avail daily poojas

Estimated cost of Sri Chakra Sai temple central building (Garbha Gruha) and Sri Anjaneya Swamy temple) : INR 8,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Eight Crores or CAD 1,330,000).

Total estimated phase 1 cost is INT 12,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Twelve Crores) or approximately CAD $ 2,000,000 (Canadian Dollars Two Million Only).

*For conversion and computation, 1 CAD = INR 60.

SCHEDULE

• Target date to procure the stone: September 2024

• Target date to deliver in India: September-December 2024

• Time frame for sculpting: June-July 2025

• Target frame for construction of foundation and central temple shrine: August 2026

• Marakatha Sai Baba murthy prana prathista: October 2026 (Vijaya Dashimi)

Phase 2:

Future expansion of the project includes completion of the Sri Chakra Sai temple as per architects plan, construction of a Gaushala, and establishing an Annadanam center etc.,
