Hi everyone,

i set up this go fund me as my family has suffered a massive tragedy. Jan was a healthy 44 year old, had a 6 year old son William and was in a relationship with his love Veronica. Jan loved all kinds of classic and rock music, had a passion for playing the guitar and always was teaching William how to be a good person.

last night Jan suffered a massive heart attack. He had multiple seizures and was bleeding out. Paramedics and fire fighters did CPR for over an hour before they got a pulse at the hospital. He had a CT scan that showed no bleeding or brain damage and went to get a stent place and the blockage released. While in the lab he had multiple seizures, bleeding out and was agitated. Finally after the procedure we received some great news. Procedure went well and his prognosis was still guarded but he was stable. 10 mins after the doctor gave an ounce of good news, the doctor warned us that his blood pressure had dropped and he continued to bleed out.

unfortunately, Jan Lukowski at the age of 44 passed away early Father’s Day morning. With his brothers Mark and Andrew by his side, his love Veronica and her daughter Brittany there to say final goodbyes. The family is going through a hard time right now and could use some financial help to aid in  expenses for final arrangements  as well for an education fund for his son. The main goal is for Jans son William to remember his father in a most loving way and any left over funds will start an education fund for his son.
