Hi friends, family, and loved ones. My family has never been in a position to ask for help, but we are asking for all the support we can get at this time. If you can take a minute to send positive vibes, prayers, or well wishes, then that is what we need most. We all believe that healing energy makes a world of difference.

Maple Lyn was delivered on December 12, 2023. She suffered a brain injury during the birth process, which left her fighting for her life. She was airlifted to a children's hospital about 100 miles from home where she is receiving some very specialized care. We don't know how long she will be in the hospital, but we have all the hopes in the world that she will be home for Christmas.

Currently, mom and dad are staying at a Ronald McDonald house about a block away from the hospital, which has been a huge blessing. James is not able to go back to work this week as he is here to be by the side of Bailee and Maple for as long as needed to see her through this time. With everything they have to worry about, we are hoping to not allow the loss of income to be an additional stress. If you would like to find a way to help, this may be one way to support this tiny new family. Funds will be used to pay bills and help with food while they are away from home. Anything left over when this is over will be used to get Maple anything she might need as she continues to grow and develop. We would also like to mention the Ronald McDonald house as a very worthy cause, as this place has been an amazing home away from home.

We want nothing more than for baby Maple to recover and live a very happy, healthy life!
