Manuel Mojarro Funeral Expenses

On Wednesday January 27th, one day before my parents 55th wedding anniversary...a few minutes after 6pm my most loving Father, Manuel Mojarro went to be with the Lord. He lost his 21 day ICU battle with covid and on behalf of the Mojarro Family we want to acknowledge our deepest sorrow of losing our beloved Dad. He took his last breaths with my mother, my sister and myself by his side and the rest of my siblings and a host of his grandchildren and great grandchildren over facetime. While my daddy was in the icu he was intubated and due to covid restrictions we could not be by his side, which was so tough, but we called him every night, sang over him, prayed over him, walked down memory lane with him... praying and clinging to hope that he could hear us and would soon wake up and come home. At 80 years old he still had so much to live for. I know he did the best he could, he fought hard because he was not ready to go, but the Lord saw it fit. We as a family understand how truly blessed we are to have had our father on this side of heaven for 80 years. He was truly a man of respect, strength, honor, love, kindness, wisdom, family, horses, horse races, steadfast, presence, optimism, hope and endurance. The list goes on and on. I could write pages and pages and stories and memories of him. Writing this has been the saddest thing I have ever done, my heart is grieving and mourning the loss but my soul finds rest in that I will see him again.

On behalf of the Mojarro Family we want to say thank you to those who have sent words, texts, dm's of encouragement. Thank you to those who have donated. We understand not everyone is in a place where they are to contribute financially -no pressure if that is you, but In case any one is able to contribute to our funeral expenses we truly would appreciate the help as they would go directly to help cover the costs of his funeral.
