Manuel ha tenido un año sumamente difícil ya que recientemente perdió a su querido hijo que padecía del síndrome de Down. A pesar de haber cumplido más de setenta años, sigue trabajando para seguir adelante. Ahora se le ha presentado otro reto que le amenaza. A causa de unas cataratas avanzadas, está perdiendo la vista.
