Manuel Davila's Funeral Arrangements

Our beloved Manuel Davila recently passed on July 9th, 2022, due to a fall from a massive heart attack. Manuel was a supporting husband, father, educator, and friend who has impacted the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his wife, Grecia Davila, and his two children, Junior Manuel Davila and Vanessa Davila.

Manuel dedicated his life to being a professor at Mercy College and servicing those in a public health center in Peekskill. His children will remember him as a providing father, a person who put aside complications to be present for his family, wanted the best for his family and demonstrated that love could be shown in other ways besides physical affection. Manuel Davila always tried to spend time with his children and worked hard to provide for his family. He also was a person who always enjoyed sharing wisdom from his life experiences to help encourage others.

We are all devastated by Manuel's loss and were unprepared for the high funeral service cost. We want to give Manuel the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am asking for donations to help cover the cost of Manuel’s funeral. We need to raise $10,000 by Tuesday, July 12, to afford the funeral service.
