Help Bring Our Dad Manuel Contreras Back Home

Hi, my name is Gabriel Contreras and I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my family. Our dad Manuel Contreras, a hardworking man who means the world to us, suffered a devastating medical emergency while on a short vacation in Cancun, Mexico.

What started as a fun trip with a friend turned into a nightmare. On Wednesday, our dad experienced a mini stroke. Just two days later he suffered a much larger stroke. He is now in a coma at a hospital in Cancun, and his condition is critical.

We are desperate to bring him home to the U.S. so he can receive the urgent care he needs. Unfortunately, international medical transport is extremely expensive. We have been quoted $30,000 to fly him back safely to a hospital in the United States, where he can be close to us and receive proper treatment.
