"Draw Life" to the Abu Raida Family

Hello, I'm Kelly Reyes, and I'm reaching out from California with an urgent plea for help. This fundraiser has been created on the belaf of Mansour Abu Raida. Please follow him on social media.

I'm dedicated to raising funds to support a Palestinian family of six who are in desperate need of assistance to evacuate from Rafah, in occupied Palestine. This family, displaced from Khan Yunis to Rafah, fled on foot amidst the terrifying bombings that have consumed their surroundings. Mansour, the father, reached out to me on Instagram seeking aid for his family.

Mansour is a devoted husband and father to three boys aged 18, 14, and 12, as well as a precious 4-year-old girl whom he lovingly calls "his love." They've been enduring unimaginable hardship in Rafah for several weeks now. Upon arrival in Rafah, Mansour struggled to find essential materials to build a shelter for his family. Despite the kindness of fellow displaced Palestinians who offered wood and nylon, he still lacked cotton, crucial for insulation against the harsh cold of the nights. Without it, they face the very real threat of freezing.

Their living conditions are dire, with exorbitant prices for basic necessities rendering them virtually unattainable. Imagine paying $50 for sugar, $100 for flour, or a staggering $200 for a single blanket. It's a heartbreaking reality they face every day.

But together, we can make a difference. Let's show this family the compassion and generosity that we all hope to see in the world. Every contribution, no matter how small, will go a long way in providing them with the means to survive and eventually thrive.
