Manrique Serna's Medical Expenses

Manrique Serna suffered an accident on the 4th of July.  He hit his head pretty good damaging 3 vertebrates in his neck.  He will be in ICU for a couple of days then starts the recovery time.  Any help on medical expenses is always appreciated.
