It is with equal sadness and devotion that I announce that our beloved day porter, and a literal day-oner, Manny, is retiring, and his last day will be this Friday, August 1st.

Manny joined Brooke High School in 2016 as the founding day porter, and since then has been a constant source of kindness, care, and quiet strength throughout our school community. We're reaching out to ask for your help with sending him off with the appreciation he deserves. Due to medical issues, as well as taking care of sick family, Manny now has to retire.

For nearly 10 years, Manny has taken care of our building and all of us in some way, shape, or form, and I would love to return the favor! Thank you for your consideration.
