Manny Tapia was struck by a vehicle 07/17/2019 at 1:00 A.M, The driver fled the scene. The family is asking for any donations to help towards funeral expenses. Manny was only 15 years old when he passed away. He was a loving and vibrant young man full of life and ambitions. He was talented in every way and was destined for big things! We are devastated that he was taken from us so soon. He will never be forgotten.
