Manitoba Wildfire: $10 for Every Hero—Frontline & Support

As wildfires rage across Manitoba and our province declares a State of Emergency, over 2,500 firefighters and crew members from Manitoba and across Canada are answering the call to protect our homes, forests, and communities.

These heroes—including pilots, cooks, mechanics, behind-the-scenes workers, ground crews, and firefighters—are stepping in with courage and heart.

We have a goal to GIVE EVERY single crew member a $10 “Thank You” gift card as a small but meaningful token of our appreciation.

Just yesterday, the amazing community of Lac du Bonnet came together to raise enough funds to thank 251 local crew members with gift cards. The response was incredible.

When we personally handed out a few cards to the pilot, a mechanic, and ground crew, their reaction was pure gratitude. One young local firefighter humbly said:

“It takes a province, not just a person.”

That’s why we’re expanding our reach to all 2,500+ crew members across Manitoba. These brave individuals deserve to feel the warmth of our collective thanks.

Let’s unite as a province to thank those who are standing between our communities and the flames.
