Mani Bomb Legal Defense Fund

Baroness X Polish is raising funds to fight the trademark filed by Forever Polished for the generic term mani bomb. This trademark isn't good for the indie nail polish and bath & body folks who own these small businesses. This fund goes entirely to paying a lawyer to send a letter to the U.S. Patent & Trademark office asking them to refuse the trademark on the grounds that it's a generic term. Your help is greatly appreciated.

· We're doing the research ourselves to keep costs low. We won't be paying any paralegals out of this fund.

· A mani bomb is a generic term derived from bath bomb. In the beauty industry any type of "bomb" is used as a fizzy treatment. 

Hopefully this will also discourage others from abusing the trademark office to hurt the little guy.
