My one-year-old best buddy Mango has suddenly fallen very ill. Over the past few days he’s lost his balance, struggled to walk, and his left eye has been affected. After an emergency vet visit, blood tests revealed severe anemia, extremely low platelets, and a blood parasite infection (Mycoplasma haemofelis), a condition that attacks his red blood cells.

He’s currently under treatment but needs ongoing vet care, blood monitoring, and medication. The initial tests and treatment have already cost hundreds, however more advanced neurological vet screenings are needed to determine what the problem is, which is costly.

I’ve set up this GoFundMe to help cover Mango’s vet costs, medications, and any hospital stays if his condition worsens. He’s still eating, purring, and fighting hard, but he needs a little help.
