Mandy's Alzheimer's Fund

Steve and Mandy Heavner have lived in Riverton, WV on their family farm for over 30 years. Mandy was a school teacher at North Fork Elementary in Circleville, WV and Steve is an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor at Highland High School in Monterey, VA. Six years ago, Mandy was tested for Alzheimer's and diagnosed four years ago. This summer Mandy was been placed at Mountain Memories in Elkins, WV in the memory care unit. Insurance does not cover her stay of $3,600 per month. This family has given so much to our communities and it's time we help give back to their family.
