Mandy needs a ramp built, let's help them out!

I was just speaking with Brett, they are so amazed and cannot believe the amount of support they are receiving through this fund raiser, they are truly grateful with how supportive everyone has been this far, they are now able to get a contractor and supplies to get the ramp done!

Mandy is having a good day today, She's been working with her Palliative Team to help with pain management.

Hi , I was speaking with Brett Wood this evening and he said they need a ramp built on the front of their house for Mandy, let's help them get this done for her!!

Mandy's latest update;

I had a phone appointment with Dr. Lana at the cancer centre, and its not good, folks.

The cancer is growing. There are now three spots in my chest, although the one in my lungs is gone, the mass around my aorta in the abdomen is now 3 cm. Considering radiating that area because it could help with my pain. Dr Lana is going to talk to Dr Dahn in radiation to see what she thinks. It's also now in my bones in two spots.

Controlling symptoms will be the main focus from here on out. Based on my scans, her educated guess is I have less than a year.

If you or your partner have a vulva, make sure you get anything new or different checked out. I'm about 20 years younger than the average age for vulvar cancer. It's a rare cancer and can be very aggressive. Perhaps my outcome would have been different had I pushed harder and not gone over a year before being properly diagnosed.
