Mandy Dalo was a beautiful careing entertaining sole who loved life and helping others. She grew up in Solvang California then moved to San Francisco for college and called it home after graduation. Her life inspired others to be better people and get involved with civil liberties and the arts. My little girl tragically departed this life on the evening of June 13th, 2020 while trying to help a friend reunite with his biologic father. Her beautiful energetic, lover of life and caring spirit will live in my heart and the minds of all of those she loved and touched forever. All contributions will exclusively be used to off set the costs of her burial and memorial service in Santa Barbara.
