Hello everyone. I am writing on behalf of my dearest friend, Denise Tyson-Canal. Her husband Mandy suffered a tragic accident on Friday that crushed both of his hands and required emergency surgery. Thankfully, the operation went smoothly and doctors are hopeful that he will eventually recover and regain most of his mobility. He is home now and in need of constant care as he has no ability to help himself without the use of his hands. A long road ahead, with 4 weeks immobilized by multiple external fixations (pins) to both hands and then 3-4 months of physical therapy. Already impacted by Covid, this wonderful family is very much reliant on Mandy’s income to support them. Denise will  also need to stay at home to care for her husband 24/7. Many hands make light work. Please donate anything you can to help them focus on his recovery without the added worry of financial pressures.
