Our names are Ben and Mandy. For those that don't know our story, we met in the summer of 2021. We each had stayed patient, hopeful and trusting in the desire to get married and start a family. So after a long season of waiting (Mandy was 41 and Ben was 37), meeting each other, falling in love and getting married was a wonderful answered prayer and celebration. We have been happily married for the last year and a half and in that time, we desired to have a baby and start a family, only with no success. Being 40+ means conceiving naturally is much more difficult, and as time marches on we risk it becoming harder and harder. So we began to dream about other ways to bring about the family we feel drawn to have. Throughout this journey, we have felt called not to give up, but to remain hopeful in our desire and how God will lead us.

After much testing and many consultations with doctors, we know that the chances of natural conception are very low but the ability to carry a healthy baby full term is high. After a lot of prayer, we believe that we are called to have a baby via a donor egg. The cost for the assured plan (which includes up to 4 lots of eggs and a 100% guarantee of a live birth) is $40,000. We have been approved for a loan just short of $20,000. To move forward, we need to have all of the funds in place. So we are asking that our friends and family, or if this story just resonates with you, consider contributing to help us. If 200 people could give $100 each, we will reach our goal.

Any money raised beyond our $20,000 goal will go to help us more quickly pay off our loan. If by a miracle we get even more than that, the money will be set aside to help cover any additional medical costs as well as prepare for our baby.
