Balmoral Beach is usually a beautiful place, filled with people who love the peaceful, sunny environment where humans and animals live in harmony. It is a place where all dogs are welcome and where we want everybody to have relaxing and safe experience.
There are some well-loved dogs who are known within the community, and one of them – ManDog was brutally attacked recently by another dog not on a lead.
This attack was witnessed by many members of the Balmoral community, all of whom have been badly affected by what they saw on that day.
To add to the horror of the situation, the owner of the attacking dog left the scene with no care for the badly injured dog that had been attacked.
ManDog’s owner was obviously shocked and horrified by what happened. One of the people who witnessed the attack made sure that ManDog and his owner were immediately taken to a veterinary hospital, where he remains whilst he is being treated for his injuries.
The community has been shaken by this event and are keen to show their support to ManDog and his owner.
All funds raised will go towards ManDog’s vet bills (which are already more than $10,000) and bringing the owner of the attacking dog to justice.
Any funds left over will be donated to pet charities.
Please find it in your heart to help ManDog , who is one of our beloved Balmoral dogs.
