Armando, a devoted family man and excellent father, has recently received unfortunate news from his doctor. After undergoing several tests due to an inability to retain food, he was diagnosed with cancer of the stomach as well as discovering a tumor on his kidney. A recent medical examination revealed alarming results for Armando's health - specifically regarding digestion issues caused by both a tumorous growth found near one kidney AND harmful cells spread throughout various parts within armando's abdominal region(stomache). The upcoming operation involves cutting out this malignant mass which unfortunately means removing either most nor all remaining functional tissue left inside armando's stomach cavity. As Armando prepares for surgery that will remove part or all of his stomach while taking time off work during recovery; providing financial aid would be greatly appreciated by him & his loved ones since disability payments take quite some time before they begin despite its imminent filing date .
