This past week my beloved sister, Mandee Khu, passed away. Since I tried my very best to help her while she was alive but couldn’t, I will not stop trying to help her even after death. I hope you can join me in helping her rest in peace with Buddha.
In Buddhism, we believe in Karma. Whereas in Catholic, same as you reaped what you sowed. So I'm trying to create good karma for her by collecting as much money as I can for the hundreds of monks that will be in attendance for the Vesik Day 2563 also known as Buddha Birthday Celebration 2019. This year’s theme is “Phat Giao va Hoa Binh” “Buddhism and World Peace”.
On April 13-14, 2019, Mile Square Park will be hosting the Vesik 2563 (Buddha’s Birthday 2019). I am hoping and praying to raise at least $5,000 to give to as many monks as I can in honor of my beloved sister Mandee. The goal is to give each monk $100. For this event they are expecting to have 500 monks in attendance.
I can’t help my sister’s soul Rest In Peace with Buddha all alone, so I asking all my family and friends to help me. No amount is too small and no good deed will go unnoticed.
Please chant “Nam Mo A Di Da Phat” whenever you think of my sister so she could be with Buddha. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
