Manchester Marathon 2025 for Crohn’s&Colitis Uk and Awyr Las

On Sunday April 27th 2025 I'm running the Adidas Manchester Marathon and raising money for two charities important to myself which are Crohn’s & Colitis Uk and Awyr Las North Wales NHS charity.

UK: Crohns Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are the two main forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, affecting more than 500,000 people in the UK. Yet it is largely a hidden disease, and one that causes stigma, fear and isolation, its thought that many people with the condition go undiagnosed and suffer in silence.

Awyr Las- Awyr Las can provide life-changing equipment and services for patients in hospitals and in communities across North Wales. From small things like comfortable chairs for patients in the Emergency Department and attending dialysis, to cutting-edge technology for the cancer, stroke and special care baby units - it all makes a big difference.
