We need your help. My fiancé Noel has been diagnosed with kidney failure. He’s been fighting hard, but unfortunately his kidneys are not catching up as quickly. He’s on dialysis and there’s a surgery he needs that could help. All of this adds up and we are not sure how long he will not be able to work. As we all know, bills don’t care if you’re sick.
