Mamma Mara needs help

On her 80th birthday Mara, a loving grandmother and mother, got a terrible present: the surgical amputation of part of her left leg.

Mara is getting basic care near her home in Italy, but she has a long road ahead: rehabilitation and home care.

these are not readily available to her in the Italian public health-care system; we must turn to the private sector.

we need funds to help pay for private rehabilitation providers and full-time home care.

The prospect facing Mara would terrify people a third for her age and younger. Imagine at 80.

All the money we raise will go directly to her care.
