Mambo's Hernia Repair (epileptic dog)

Hi, my name is Lola and I rescued my boy from a charity I worked for that specialises in rescuing dogs from Romania into UK homes.

Mambo has been with us for 2 years and has had his hernia since he came to us.

A year into loving Mambo we discovered that he has Idiopathic Epilepsy, an awful disease that isn't curable but hoped to be managed.

Mambo has violent cluster gand mal seizures that he is luckily insured for (even if it does break the bank) but a hernia repair is not covered.

When Mambo has a seizure his whole body tenses and I have noticed his hernia suffer because of this.

If Mambo had a seizure that burst his hernia I could potentially lose my sweet boy, this is why I am begging for your help

The vets have quoted his hernia repair at just over 1000 GBP and this quote is valid for the next 6 months so I am trying everything I can to ensure my boys safety.

I have another dog from Romania also who loves her brother very much

We can't afford this surgery as I am heavily disabled and unable to work, my partner being my carer and we simply do not come from money.

If you can even put 50p towards this cause I would be forever grateful Mambo loves everyone; animals/people/stuffed toys and is the sweetest boy, he deserves to be looked after more than anything.
