Mama Gwen's Cancer Battle

Hi, my name is Rebecca Levick and I am the oldest child of Gwen and Dwight Levick. I wanted to share part of our family's story:

My mom is the strongest person I know... in November 2019 she was diagnosed with Lung Cancer. Thankfully, we caught it early and we were able to get ahead of the cancer. Once she had surgery to remove part of her lung, she was in the clear.

Unfortunately one year later, her cancer has returned with a vengeance. Mom is currently entering a very difficult battle with Stage 4 cancer. This will include a lot of travel back and forth to Saskatoon (a 3 hour drive) for radiation and appointments with the cancer clinic.

If you know my family, you know they can be very stubborn and proud, but the last thing I want is to see them break the bank while pursuing this battle. With the rising costs of travel and hotels, any little amount helps. Our family thanks you for your support, whether is is a financial donation, a share, or even a quick visit in Porcupine.

I will continue to give updates here as we go through this battle.
