Mama Eva’s Angels

My Mama will do everything for her family especially for her children. Thursday afternoon, when my mom started having left side arm pain but brushed it off assuming it’s a regular pain. She still continue working. Before 11pm, she started having severe pain that causes her to vomit and loss consciousness. Mama was intubated right away with ventilator to support her breathing after CAT scan and bloodwork. Mama was diagnosed of Stroke with right side weakness. After doctors read her CAT Scan, prognosis was not good; she has Hemorrhagic Stroke. Mama has Aneurysm. Her brain aneurysm is so extensive that it affects up to her brain stem. ER MDs tried to refer her to Neurosurgeons at Toronto Western Hospital as she might be a good candidate for operation due to her age; she is currently 54 years old. However, due to her prognosis, they decline the referral. I asked for a second opinion, third, fourth and fifth, but it seems like doctors gave up on her already. We’re NOT. Right now Mama is on ICU fighting for her life. Although she is in coma, she tried her best to listen to all of us. Trying to respond by flexing her arms and frowning when in pain, twitching her eyelids, and moving her hands. Mama doesn’t have insurance nor OHIP since she just received her work permit. My siblings would really want to see her since they’re back home (Philippines). 

I am knocking on your door, please, kindly help us financially, emotionally and spiritually. We appreciate any amount that can help us financially to support and extend her life. We cannot let her go. I can’t. This is so sudden that all of us are in shock. Please, help us.
