Mama D's Baked Mac N Cheese is our 2-year-old family business and 1-year-old restaurant! We started it after 20+ years of requests for our mom, Mama D, to start selling her unbelievably delicious baked mac n cheese. Mom has always had others rave about her cooking, and it was something we all believed should be shared with others on a larger scale. As a result, over the last 12 months, we have gotten the incredible blessing to serve Spring Hill and the surrounding community Mama D's gourmet baked mac n cheese alongside her other beloved recipes. All of this has truly been an honor above honors, not only to cook for you all, but to get to share time with you and your families, to get to know a little about you, and to experience the exciting, the hard, and the routine parts of life with you! We have received unending support and encouragement towards our food and family, and our first year in our brick-and-mortar location has been laden with countless fun opportunities and precious memories.

While this has been an amazing year for our business in numerous ways, like many small businesses just starting out, it has also been a very difficult one financially. After being hit with our current economical recession shortly after opening our doors, we have been fighting to keep the restaurant alive to build Mama D's brand and make a living for our family members. We praise God that we made it to our one-year anniversary this January 3rd; however, we are now in a position that if we don't have a significant financial breakthrough to get us on our feet again, we may have to close our restaurant as early as the beginning of February.
