Funeral Service for my Mother. Hi. My name is Stephanie Dabney, the oldest daughter of my mom, Dorothy Sowell. She is my best friend; my mom was always ready to go with me. She loved riding in the car, even if it was going to the store; Mom started getting sick around five months ago, complaining about her swallowing. She had a bad case of thrush in her mouth. Somebody treated, but it came back. Then, as months passed on, she was placed on a feeding tube. She couldn't tolerate the feeding tube, so she pulled it out. I was afraid for her. When I entered the room, she was Smiling, but she caught Covid. But thank GOD, she had no symptoms. Mom is a strong lady, but the nurses held her down to give her the meds, and she was very frightened. We will need to pay all funeral costs.
