Help Us Support Our Beloved Grandpa, Malual Malek, in His Fight Against Prostate Cancer

Our family is coming together to support someone who means everything to us, our grandfather, Malual Malek.

At 89 years old, Malual is truly one of a kind. Standing at an incredible 7ft 3 inches, he has always been our gentle giant, not just in stature, but in heart. He is a loving husband, a devoted father, and a deeply cherished grandfather who has always made each of us feel protected, seen, and unconditionally loved.

He is creative, naturally funny, and carries an optimistic spirit that lifts everyone around him. Even now, in the face of this battle, he continues to show strength and grace that inspires us every single day.

Malual is currently fighting prostate cancer. Due to the lack of treatment options in Sudan, we had no choice but to relocate him to Nairobi, Kenya, where he can receive the care he urgently needs.

This journey has come with overwhelming financial pressure. In Nairobi, every aspect of his care must be paid upfront, from consultations and tests to treatments, check-ups, and even receiving results. Alongside this, our family is balancing everyday life, supporting our children, and managing education and living expenses, which has made this situation incredibly challenging for us.

We are doing everything we can, but we truly need support.
