Maltby Juniors FC Fun Run Fundraiser

We are Maltby Juniors, a proud football club serving our local community since 1987. Based in a former mining area, we are a Rotherham United partner club dedicated to providing accessible, quality football experiences for children of all ages, from our Soccer School up to our U16s.

On Saturday, November 9th, 2024, we will host our Annual Fun Run at the Academy playing fields. Starting at 10 am, our young players will run either once or twice around the big field, depending on their age group, raising sponsorship to support the club's efforts.

We rely on fundraising to keep our playing subscriptions low, ensuring every child in our community can join, have fun with friends, and develop both as players and individuals. These funds allow us to maintain and upgrade our facilities and equipment, such as purchasing new goals and utilising VEO technology, which lets our players review their gameplay to enhance their skills.

With rising costs, including insurance and pitch fees, our mission to provide the best possible facilities and keep fees affordable has become increasingly challenging. Every donation will directly benefit the children, helping us invest in their footballing futures.
