Malpractice Representation & Medical Bills

Norris Taff Jr., a father, husband, and loving member of our community has spent the last month in critical condition, a victim of ill-conceived COVID protocols that have lead to numerous complications while his family has been forced to watch his health deteriorate with no say in the matter. St. Lukes failed to allow for alternative medication protocols and visitation rights were also denied.

An individual has a right to decide what treatment they will be subjected to. Norris was sedated and forced on to a ventilator because he tested positive for COVID, not because it was the most reasonable or effective treatment for his ailment. The reduction of medical care to a single factor—one which happens to be the most profitable to the hospital, is a violation of the rights of Mr. Taff and his family to determine for themselves which health interventions are most appropriate given his unique condition.

We will exhaust every resource in our effort to oppose this injustice. The state can not be allowed to make broad dictates based entirely on unreliable tests that do not account for individual circumstances. We will spare no expense in order to stand up to the medical tyranny being inflicted on us by uncaring bureaucrats their profiteering supporters.
