My sister, Mallory Alderman, was rushed to the hospital on Saturday, April 19, 2025, and admitted for an emergency life saving operation for an infection. She has been sedated in the ICU for the past 5 days and will be unable to return to work in the foreseeable future. She did not have health insurance and without being able to work, will have many bills. We hope she is able to be extubated soon, but will still be in the hospital for weeks. This is a very long hard road of recovery in which a job of physical labor, such as her passion of being a restaurant manager, will be impossible for the time being.
