MaLinda Lyman and family
Donation protected
Hi. My name is Jennifer Schmitz. I am organizing this to help this family deal with a very tragic occurrence. While James and MaLinda Lyman were vendors at The Prineville Rockhound Pow Wow, something went terribly wrong. MaLinda collapsed and had what is presumed to be a heart attack. It took paramedics quite a long time to get her pulse. Upon getting her stabilized, she was transported to Prineville Hospital where they performed several tests and ultimately decided she need to be a St. Charles in Bend Or. MaLinda has been in a medically induced coma and has not woken up yet. MaLinda and her family have a very long road ahead of them. Her family struggles with being able to visit her as well as the expences accured in lodging and transportation.
MaLinda and James' oldest son passed a few years back and they help take care of the the grandchildren where ever they can. She is a driving force in keeping the family tied together. They currently have one surviving son and three grandchildren. Besides being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her family, MaLinda is viewed as family by all those who know her. She is giving, kind, and always willing to help others.
It is an extremely large burden for the family to carry the weight of this, especially while waiting for for the doctors to do what they feel is best to help this amazing lady the best they can. Finances are a huge burden. I am hoping that this will helpthem to focus on MaLinda and each other instead of finances.
