Malin to Mizen Row in Aid of Pieta House

Raising money for Pieta House, a charity that provides free, therapeutic approach to people who are in suicidal distress and those who engage in self-harm
Three coaches of the Powerhouse gym in Gort are going to row the length of Ireland, Malin to Mizen individually (466km) over the course of November.
Starting on November 1st, we will complete 1000 metres each day adding a further 1000m e.g Day 1 - 1000m, Day 2 - 2000m, Day 3 -3000m etc..
On November 30th we will have each accumulated 466km.
