Malik Spellman medical expenses & rehab fund

The purpose of the account is to assist Malik Spellman with Hospital stay related expenses and the loss of single person income due to missing work to be with our son during Malik’s Hospitalization and rehabilitation. I am the (step)father (Marquis Wright) who put the campaign together for my son (Malik Spellman) who was injured in this tragic accident instructed by our lawyer just in case the person who hit my son’s insurance doesn’t cover his medical expenses. We fear that this might be the case. Malik has been in my life since he was 1. He’s not like my son, he is my son. I’ve raised him and cared for and provided for him along with my wife Tonya of course almost from birth. She is Malik’s biological mother.
The funds will be used for medical and rehabilitation expenses including installations and lifts that may need to be put into the home, tub railings to be installed and any other equipment Malik may need to help him recover faster. Also, payment for psychological therapy will need to be paid for once Malik physically recovers. Out patient physical therapy is also an expense we will have to incur once Malik is discharged from Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital of Atlanta.
Since I am the father of the party that the money is being raised for, my wife Tonya and I intend to link my bank account to the fundraiser for withdrawal so we can get the things my son needs for a speedy recovery.
