Malik has been nominated by his school to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum (NYLF): Explore STEM, a envision by WorldStrides for middle school students to be held this summer.
Malik was personally selected by his teacher based upon his academic potential and interest in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and math, also known as the STEM fields.
There are numerous benefits of attending NYLF Explore STEM forum such as enhancing the academic skills that he already possesses and discovering how to step forward as a leader throughout his education and beyond.
During this forum, he will get hands-on experience and examine the ethical frontiers of 21st century science. In addition, he will learn important skills to help him succeed in college and in life. Including time and self-management, conflict resolution, collaboration, and public speaking.
The Forum takes place in eleven different locations this summer with the “Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH” being his location of choice. The total cost of this 6 day Forum is $2,795.00. This cost includes housing, instruction and supervision by advisors, program activities, curriculum materials, breakfast, lunches, and dinners.
Your kind contribution will help give Malik the opportunity to experience this AMAZING forum that will help give him a great kick off in his aspiration of being an Engineer when he becomes an adult. He's really excited about being given this oppurtunity.
