Hi my name is Yari & recently a tragedy struck our family. With immense pain and tears in my eyes I create this GoFund me. Our 4 year old niece Malia, struggled with a rare heart condition which caused her many health complications. After surviving multiple serious heart surgeries the unexpected happened. A regular doctor visit turned out to be a nightmare for my oldest sister, Wendy. On May 17th Malia went into cardiac arrest during a procedure. She has been fighting for her life at Boston children’s hospital on the ECMO machine since. Other major complications came into play which made recovery impossible. I could never imagine the immense pain my sister is going through loosing a child. Any little thing will truly appreciated. Donations will be used towards funeral expenses. I’m hoping this will help relieve some stress of the parents during this difficult time. Malia was truly an angel on earth and has impacted many.
