Hey everyone, first off, we would like to thank you all for the condolences that have been communicated to the family. It gives us some relief and a bit of joy to know that Malcolm was loved by and touched so many people. As many of you know, Malcolm called countless places his home, and we want everyone who loved him to have an opportunity to properly say goodbye. We are hoping to hold at least two services for Malcolm. A funeral service in Chicago and another memorial service in NY.
Many of you have mentioned that you would like to donate money for his services. We will be honest, with the current state of quarantine restrictions, the planning of his services has been challenging. So, this means so much to us that people have reached out asking to donate or help in any way they can.
Currently, we are asking for a fundraising goal of $5,000. While we don't have all costs accounted for at this time, below is a list of expense that we believe are required to hold his service.
Basic Funeral Expenses:
(Funeral Services, Grave Plot, Malcolm's Transportation, Tombstone, Casket/Urn)
Other Memorial Expenses:
(Venues, Flower Arraignments, Food, Drinks)
